Sophie Turner showcased a darker brunette look during a rare red-carpet appearance at the 2026 Ballon d’Or ceremony in London.
The 30-year-old actress attended the event at the Palladium Theatre on Monday evening, wearing a head-to-toe Louis Vuitton ensemble. Her hair appeared darker than in recent images taken during filming for the forthcoming Tomb Raider series.
Turner has been a brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton for several years and wore a look from the fashion house’s autumn/winter 2026 collection. She completed the outfit with Luna pumps and a Le Damier de Louis Vuitton necklace.
Her appearance came earlier this month after she attended Louis Vuitton’s spring/summer 2027 fashion show in Paris.
Sophie Turner’s Tomb Raider role
Turner was announced just over a year ago as the actress set to play Lara Croft in a live-action television adaptation of the Tomb Raider franchise.
Prime Video released a first look at Turner in character earlier this year as production began. In March, she was seen filming at the British Museum and later working on an action sequence.
Production was subsequently paused after Turner suffered a minor injury on set, but filming resumed. She was later seen working on the series in Spain in July.
In September, co-star Jason Isaacs said he had completed his scenes as Atlas DeMornay, Lara’s uncle.
The Tomb Raider series does not yet have a release date, although it is expected to premiere on Prime Video in 2027.
