President Donald Trump has shared a cartoon depicting UFC chief executive Dana White leading a violent White House press briefing, as speculation continues over an offer for White to become press secretary.
The clip, posted on Trump’s Truth Social account, appears to have been created using artificial intelligence and is styled in the manner of the animated comedy Family Guy.
In the video, cartoon versions of UFC fighters attack members of the press. Reporters are shown being kicked, grabbed and, in one scene, carried away to a foreign country, while the briefing room descends into chaos.
The footage also features a cartoon version of Josh Hokit repeating an offensive comment made by the real-life fighter in the Octagon in June: “Michelle Obama is a man. Am I right, America?”
The briefing ends with several reporters lying unconscious as a fire burns amid the wreckage. When Trump asks White’s cartoon character how the event went, he replies: “Fiery, but mostly peaceful.”
The post comes after Trump said White would be travelling to Washington on Monday to discuss his offer to become press secretary. White later confirmed the planned meeting.
In a Truth Social post on Saturday, Trump said he believed the UFC chief executive would be a “Press Secretary like none other.”
