Brooklyn Beckham missed Victoria Beckham’s Paris Fashion Week show as his father, David, joined the rest of the family to support the designer in the French capital. David sat in the front row at the Conciergerie alongside Romeo, Cruz and Harper, as well as their partners, for Friday’s presentation of Victoria’s latest collection. Victoria’s family appeared to embrace the occasion despite the continuing rift with her eldest son. Cruz’s girlfriend Jackie Apostel and Romeo’s girlfriend Kim Turnbull, along with Harper, wore pieces from the Victoria Beckham label. Brooklyn, 27, and his wife Nicola Peltz were in Paris earlier in the…
The US Federal Aviation Administration has ruled that a software glitch affecting some Boeing 737 Max aircraft does not pose a flight-safety risk, clearing a potential obstacle to certification of the 737 Max 10. The decision comes as Boeing seeks to increase aircraft sales and deliveries following years of safety and manufacturing crises. The Max 10 is the largest version of the aircraft family and the final model still awaiting government certification. Boeing reported the problem last month after identifying circumstances in which it could affect certain landing procedures. The issue may arise after a missed approach, when pilots alter…
The attorney for a woman accusing seven Cornell fraternity members of drugging and sexually assaulting her has said she was unable to consent and is “not doing well” amid attempts to identify her online. Thomas Giuffra said his client had been “under siege on social media” as people sought to uncover her identity. He said the situation had been made worse by what he described as “false court postings” and the misidentification of other women. “That’s been really difficult,” Giuffra said in an interview with CNN. Attorney disputes account of consent Giuffra was also asked about the woman’s account to…

Sudan’s army says it has captured al-Mazroub in North Kordofan after fierce fighting with the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), in a move aimed at disrupting the paramilitary group’s supply lines. The Sudanese Armed Forces said on Friday that the clashes had caused casualties among RSF fighters and destroyed a number of the group’s combat vehicles. The claim has not been independently verified. “The Armed Forces urge citizens in the liberated areas to rest assured and return to their normal lives,” the military said in a statement. An army source described al-Mazroub as the RSF’s largest stronghold in North Kordofan. Mohammed…
Pro-Trump media figure Benny Johnson is facing a defamation lawsuit from two protesters who allege he falsely portrayed them as “left-wing terrorists” who had assaulted federal officers outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Broadview, Illinois. The complaint, filed on Friday by Kyle Frankovich and Maureen Foody, centres on videos Johnson posted after protesters were detained near the facility last October. In one video, Johnson said: “These individuals assaulted ICE officers as they were trying to clear out the area behind us over here.” Frankovich says he was observing and recording ICE agents from a designated free-speech area…
Companies leading in artificial intelligence are being separated from other organisations less by their technology than by investment in people, training and operational discipline, according to Diana David, ServiceNow’s director of futures. Speaking at Fortune’s AIQ Summit, David said the biggest gap identified in ServiceNow’s Enterprise AI Maturity Index was talent investment. Some 57% of the organisations classed as “pacesetters” provide ongoing AI upskilling, compared with 4% of other organisations. The difference is even wider when it comes to attracting, hiring and retaining AI talent: 68% of pacesetters do so, against 10% of the rest. “It’s really operational discipline, right?”…
Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ken Urker were still in a relationship and planned to move into a new apartment before his death, despite spending time apart, sources familiar with the situation have said. Ms Blanchard had been staying with her parents for several weeks while belongings were moved from the couple’s old flat into their new home. The pair had not ended their relationship, sources said, and were not considered to be on a break. The distance between them was linked to Mr Urker’s drinking, according to the sources. They said he had privately been struggling with alcohol for several…
