Cat Deeley has shared a look at her summer holiday as a single mother with her two sons as the family flew to Canada during the school break.
The This Morning presenter, 49, posted photos of herself with Milo, 10, and James, seven, as they spent quality time together at Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort.
Cat, who announced her split from her ex-husband Patrick Kielty last summer, has taken her boys away on the fun-filled trip with canoeing, swimming and boating.
The TV star shared idyllic snaps of the family around the lake, where they stayed in a wooden cabin and made the most of the activities on offer.
One photo showed Cat hiking through the woodlands in a top and shorts with trainers, shielding her head from the sun in a baseball cap.
She also shared a look at the wildlife including a black bear across the other side of the lake and a starfish Â

Before the holiday, Cat made the most of the British summer by wearing a bikini to mow her lawn in a new Instagram post, following a date with a hunky movie executive.
She took advantage of her summer break from presenting This Morning by enjoying a spot of gardening in a skimpy black strapless bikini.Â
The presenter, who announced her split from husband Patrick Kielty, 55, in July last year after 12 years of marriage, was recently seen putting on a tactile display with film industry boss Charlie Coleman, an executive at Amazon MGM Studios, at British Summer Time Hyde Park in London.
Charlie affectionately placed his hand on Cat’s shoulder as they giggled during Lewis Capaldi’s concert.Â
After sharing images of herself on the electric lawnmower, Cat then posted a snap of herself unwinding in her bikini with an ice cold beverage.Â
In May, it was reported that Cat is open to dating again almost a year after revealing her split from Patrick.
The presenter announced her divorce in a joint statement in July 2025, confirming the pair had decided to end their 12-year marriage and would remain united as parents.
The couple sparked speculation they had split when Cat was absent from Patrick’s mother’s funeral in Ireland last March.
But now, The Sun reported that she is feeling more ready to get herself back out there and is currently ‘living life to the fullest’ with her nearest and dearest around her.Â
A source told the publication:Â ‘She is open to dating again, definitely, but it has to feel right. She wouldn’t go on apps because that’s just not her style, well maybe Raya one day, she’s not totally closed off.

Cat and Patrick first met in 2002 while they hosted BBC talent show Fame Academy but they did not become an item until ten years later.Â
Previously Cat told how Patrick turned their friendship into a romance by flying all the way from Belfast to Los Angeles, where the Birmingham-born star hosted US show So You Think You Can Dance for a celebratory brunch.
The pair first went public with their relationship in May 2012 and in September that year they married during an intimate ceremony in Rome.
The former couple lived in California for a decade before moving back to the UK due to Cat’s keenness to be closer to her family.
They started their family while living in LA, welcoming their second son James in 2018, but in 2020 they returned to the UK.
Cat has presented This Morning alongside Ben Shephard since 2024 after the ITV show underwent a presenter shakeup following the departures of Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
As well as the pull of family and the This Morning job, the star also revealed another major factor for the move, explaining how she and Patrick became disillusioned with LA life following a terrifying gun incident.
