Alexa Curtin, the daughter of Real Housewives of Orange County alum Lynne Curtin, has been charged with possessing drug paraphernalia after allegedly being found with an opium pipe at a fast-food restaurant in Fullerton, California.
Court documents state that Curtin was cited on 21 July at a Jack in the Box restaurant, about 30 miles from her mother’s home. Police allegedly found the pipe while speaking to her.
The case is a misdemeanour charge for possession of drug paraphernalia. The citation listed Curtin as homeless.
Curtin has previously spoken about her struggles with drugs. Earlier this year, she said she began using pills after leaving high school before moving on to harder drugs.
“I’m here, and I’m alive, but I don’t want to be. This is a cry for help,” she said.
Curtin has been arrested several times over the years. Her mother has largely remained quiet about her daughter’s difficulties.
