Marjorie Taylor Greene has warned that Donald Trump’s White House personnel shuffle could damage Republican prospects in the 2028 presidential campaign.
Greene, a former Republican congresswoman and former ally of the Maga movement, said the changes had been engineered to control the party and determine its direction.
Her comments represent a break with her previous support for Mr Trump, as she argued that the shake-up could ultimately sink the Republican Party’s chances at the next presidential election.
