Kelly Brook has modelled her latest lingerie collection for Next, showcasing the brand’s fuller-bust range after being named its ambassador earlier this year.
The 46-year-old appeared in a series of lace-trimmed bras and briefs during the campaign, presenting the collection in a series of posed images and video footage.
Speaking in a video promoting the range, Brook said lingerie was not about achieving perfection but about “confidence, embracing your body, and feeling amazing in it”.
She described the collection as “feminine, empowering, effortless, and completely your own”. Sharing images on Instagram, she added: “Can’t believe I still get to do this in all my glory.”
Kelly Brook on confidence and body image
Brook’s campaign comes after she said earlier this year that she disliked wearing sexy lingerie to bed, despite her long career in lingerie and swimwear modelling.
Asked on Loose Women whether she was really the “femme fatale” many people imagined, she replied: “No. Not at all. The thought of wearing sexy lingerie or sexy, oh no. I like to be comfy.”
She said she was “honestly a geek” and a “frumpy, geeky goofball inside”, adding that her public image could create the assumption that she was “just always up for it”.
“It’s just not the case,” Brook said. “I’d rather be in my garden with my wellies!”
The Heart Radio presenter has also spoken about being offered the weight-loss drug Mounjaro before appearing in the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle last year.
Brook said she declined the suggestion, telling the How To Fail With Elizabeth Day podcast that she was asked: “What do I need that for?”
Discussing cosmetic treatments, she said she enjoyed facials and massages and had “a little Botox”, but was protective of her body.
“I love my body, I absolutely love my body,” she said. “I just love my curves, my husband loves my curves. I just think it’s unfortunate that women feel the need to change who they are.”
