Michelle Keegan has revealed that her daughter Palma is already running, offering a rare glimpse into family life with her husband Mark Wright.
The actress, 39, was asked about her child during an appearance on This Morning on Friday, where she was promoting her new drama The Blame alongside co-star Douglas Booth.
Asked by Alison Hammond how old Palma was and whether she had started walking, Keegan replied that her daughter was “a year and a half” and had progressed to “running”.
Keegan and Wright, also 39, welcomed Palma in March 2025. The couple have kept details of their daughter’s life private and have not shown her face publicly.
Speaking to Hammond and Dermot O’Leary, the former Coronation Street actress also described the difficulties of combining filming with motherhood.
“I was shattered!” she said, while Booth remarked that Keegan had been “working two jobs at once”.
She added: “And learning lines. It wasn’t easy but we got through it and Doug was brilliant.”

Keegan’s comments came days after it emerged that she had withdrawn from a major ITV drama to focus on her family.
She had been due to play a working-class barrister in the series, but left the project several months before filming was due to begin. Jodie Whittaker, 44, is set to take on the role instead.
Insiders described the decision as a “huge blow”, saying Keegan had committed to the project and an intended filming date had been agreed, although she had not signed a contract.
A source said the demanding schedule would have kept her away from Palma for too long, adding: “She is dedicated to her acting career, but like all working mums has to prioritise being there for her family, juggling work, parenting and being present for Palma.”
Keegan has previously spoken about how daunting it was to return to work after having her daughter. Discussing The Blame, she said: “Coming back to work after having a baby is quite daunting.”
She added that the production had been supportive, saying: “I was so looked after and it was like working with family.”
The actress has also previously discussed choosing not to speak publicly about her plans to have children after facing persistent speculation during the decade since she married Wright.
