Halloween trick-or-treaters across Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia are set for a cool, dry evening, with no rain expected to disrupt outdoor celebrations on Saturday, October 31.
Forecasters say temperatures should be comfortable for children in costume and adults handing out sweets, although clouds will build through the day before a mostly cloudy evening.
