Raising Cane’s will open its second San Francisco restaurant on Monday, October 12, 2026, at Stonestown Galleria, less than a month after the chicken chain made its city debut.
The new branch will be located at 255 Winston Drive, in a former McDonald’s unit at the shopping centre. Raising Cane’s official locations website lists the restaurant as opening on October 12. ([locations.raisingcanes.com](https://locations.raisingcanes.com/ca/san-francisco))
The opening follows the launch of the company’s first San Francisco site at Fisherman’s Wharf on September 21. That restaurant occupies 211 Jefferson Street and marked the Louisiana-based chain’s arrival in the city. Raising Cane’s, which specialises in chicken-finger meals, was founded in Baton Rouge in 1996 and now has more than 1,000 restaurants worldwide. The company has been expanding across the Bay Area, with further locations planned or under development.
