Model and influencer Sahara Ray is due to be cremated on November 10, according to her death certificate, with her mother’s Los Angeles home listed as the place of final disposition.
Ray, who was 34, died on October 18 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Her official cause of death has been deferred.
An autopsy was completed last month, but the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office was awaiting toxicology results before determining how she died.
Her family said she died surrounded by loved ones at the hospital, describing her as “so loved”.
Ray had welcomed her daughter, Snow, in January. Her final Instagram grid post, shared in July, featured photographs of her baby daughter.
In 2024, Ray spoke about her battle with Guillain-Barré syndrome, a rare neurological disorder that left her partially paralysed after a serious car accident. No connection between the condition and her death has been established.
Ray became known as a model and swimwear designer, and also attracted attention over an alleged past romance with Justin Bieber.
