Sahara Ray’s body has been released to her family, more than a week after the 34-year-old model died in hospital.
Ray died last weekend “surrounded by family at the hospital”. Her autopsy has now been completed, but the official cause of death has not yet been established.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office has deferred its determination while toxicology results are awaited.
Ray’s ex-partner, Mod Sun, paid tribute to her on social media, describing her as “pure magic”.
