Six Flags Over Georgia is due to reopen on Friday, days after a man died when he was ejected from the Goliath roller coaster.
The investigation into the incident remains under way. It is unclear whether Goliath will operate when the theme park reopens, and the ride is expected to remain closed.
Hassan Jihad Ibn Kariem, who was a member of a roller coaster enthusiasts’ club, fell from the attraction and struck several other riders before hitting the ground, investigators said.
Following the death, Six Flags temporarily closed nine similar roller coasters at parks across the United States.
Bolliger & Mabillard, the manufacturer of Goliath and the other affected roller coasters, is investigating the incident.
Footage that appears to show Mr Kariem falling from the ride has circulated on social media. His family has asked people to stop sharing it.
