Reality star Tavii Babii was arrested after an alleged disturbance at a Cheesecake Factory in Michigan, where she was later charged with resisting arrest.
Police were called to the restaurant at Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi at 3.16pm on October 7, according to a representative for the Novi Police Department. Babii, who appears on “Baddies”, was arrested during the response.
Court records show she was subsequently charged with the misdemeanour offence. Her arraignment was scheduled for October 19.
Video footage from inside the restaurant shows Babii confronting staff and demanding her food. In one clip, she can be heard shouting: “Give me my f***ing food” and “Why are you jumping in my face?”
Another recording shows her approaching what appears to be a manager at the front desk and saying: “I want my bread, they got me f***ed up.” She is then escorted from the restaurant.
Further footage shows Babii in handcuffs, yelling at a police officer who had placed her hands behind her back. “Isn’t my hands behind my back? Then why are you grabbing me?” she says.
