Apple Martin has been seen kissing her boyfriend, Moshe Levi, during a shopping trip in East Hampton, prompting fresh interest in the relationship of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s daughter.
The 22-year-old was photographed with Levi in the Long Island resort town while visiting luxury sleepwear shop Eberjey. The couple appeared close as they walked together, with Levi carrying a shopping bag.
Levi, who is understood to be based in New York, met Martin at Vanderbilt University in Nashville more than a year ago. A source said they had been “pretty much in love ever since” and described them as having a “very passionate relationship”.
Another insider claimed the pair were “deeply in love”, adding that they were focused on building a future together away from the Hollywood spotlight in which Martin was raised.
Levi is said to have studied business and to be pursuing a career in philanthropy. Sources described him as entrepreneurial, multilingual and well read, with interests including business and politics.
His family is understood to have roots in Peru. Before attending Vanderbilt, Levi studied at Radley College in Oxfordshire, where he played football and cricket, and later attended the International School of Monaco.

Although Martin has kept much of her personal life private, she has appeared to acknowledge the romance on social media. Images shared in recent months have shown Levi embracing her outside a restaurant and cuddling her on a boat.
The couple have also reportedly travelled together, including trips to France and Italy. Levi is said to have visited Martin while she was working on Nancy Meyers’s forthcoming film, Paris Paramount, in which she is expected to make her acting debut.
“He wanted to be there for her and says he is proud of her,” one source claimed.
Martin’s family is said to have welcomed Levi. He attended her Vanderbilt graduation in May, where she was joined by Paltrow, Martin, her stepfather Brad Falchuk and her younger brother Moses.
According to an insider, Levi has spent time with the family on several occasions and has won the approval of his girlfriend’s mother.
“Gwyneth approves of this guy because he comes from a good family and he has been around,” the source said, adding that he had “impeccable manners” and was college educated.
Paltrow is also said to appreciate that Levi is not an actor, given Martin’s own plans to pursue a career on screen.
Martin has previously spoken about her interest in acting and became involved in student theatre while studying at Vanderbilt. She is now linked to Meyers’s upcoming film, which also stars Penélope Cruz, Jude Law, Kieran Culkin and Owen Wilson.
Despite the couple’s public displays of affection, they are not expected to make their relationship a prominent feature of their public appearances in the immediate future.
Martin attended an Estée Lauder fragrance event in New York alone this week, while sources said she wanted to keep the romance “under the radar” for now.
“She still wants to keep their relationship as private as possible, but she also understands that’s going to be difficult given who she is,” one insider said.
Representatives for Martin and Paltrow have been approached for comment.
