Michelle Keegan appeared on The One Show with a polished ‘bronde’ hairstyle, drawing style comparisons with the Princess of Wales, as she promoted her forthcoming ITV thriller The Blame.
The former Coronation Street star, 39, wore her hair in a softly blended shade between brunette and blonde, with a sleek, glossy finish reminiscent of Kate Middleton’s signature look.
Keegan joined the BBC programme to discuss her role in The Blame, a six-part crime drama from Quay Street Productions. She plays DI Emma Crane, who investigates the discovery of a teenage figure skater’s body alongside fellow detective DI Tom Radley, played by Douglas Booth.
According to ITV, the investigation leads the detectives into a world of lies, institutional cover-ups and moral compromise, while Crane is forced to question the people closest to her.
The drama was written and developed for television by Megan Gallagher and is based on Charlotte Langley’s debut novel of the same name. Ian Hart, Nathan Mensah and Nigel Boyle also appear in the cast.
