Sombr chipped a tooth during a concert in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, after taking a sip from a water bottle on stage.
The singer was performing on Tuesday evening when he told the audience what had happened. He pointed towards the damaged tooth, although footage from the show does not capture the moment it broke.
The incident was partly recorded on video, showing Sombr explaining the mishap to the crowd during the performance.
It is not the first time the singer has suffered a chipped tooth while performing. During a 2025 show in Brooklyn, New York, he told the audience that he had damaged one of his teeth and spoke about similar incidents at several other concerts.
His latest on-stage accident adds to a recurring problem Sombr has experienced during live shows.
