A 15-year-old boy has been charged with four counts of aggravated sexual assault after a teenage girl was allegedly assaulted repeatedly in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire over an eight-month period.
Police allege the girl was raped four times between December last year and July 2026. A second teenage boy was also allegedly choked at a home in the area between January and April this year.
The accused was arrested at a home in Caringbah, in Sydney’s south, after a two-month investigation by the Child Abuse Squad.
He was charged with four counts of aggravated sexual assault involving a victim under 16 and one count of intentionally choking a person without consent.
The teenager was granted conditional bail in the Children’s Court on Friday. The matter is due to return to court on November 10.
