Aubrey Plaza has sold the Los Angeles home she shared with her late husband, filmmaker Jeff Baena, for $4.375 million, according to property records obtained by TMZ.
The Spanish-style property in the Los Feliz neighbourhood closed on Friday, September 5, 2026. The sale price was below the $4.7 million Plaza and Baena paid for the home in October 2022, and significantly less than its original $6.5 million asking price. Plaza first listed the house in September 2025, eight months after Baena died by suicide at the property aged 47. His death was confirmed as a suicide by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office. ([apnews.com](https://apnews.com/article/d626ce1923a9802ba0eb2b951fa45c3c))
