Bryce Hall sought a court-ordered restraining order against his former partner Mika Lafuente days after an alleged confrontation at his Las Vegas home led to his arrest for domestic violence, court records show.
The influencer filed the petition on 6 August, accusing Lafuente of stalking or harassment. The request was denied by the court five days later.
The application came 10 days after Lafuente called police on 27 July, alleging that Hall had become physical with her while they were separating.
According to the records, the dispute began when Lafuente visited Hall’s home to collect belongings and the pair argued over who should keep a Roomba.
Lafuente said she placed a phone in her pocket to record the encounter. Police said she could be heard telling Hall to slap him, while Hall responded that he would not do so but would force her to leave the property.
The records say Lafuente, who had been in a relationship with Hall for just over two years, could also be heard saying: “Let me go.” She told officers Hall had put her over his shoulder and taken her outside, where he allegedly threw her on rocks. Photographs of her alleged injuries were included in the records.
Hall was charged with one count of coercion constituting domestic violence with physical force or the immediate threat of physical force, and one count of battery constituting domestic violence.
A representative for Hall said: “After removing all of her possessions, Bryce respectfully asked Mika to leave the property. Mika then tried to provoke a physical altercation.”
