Janelle Monáe wore an elaborate Halloween costume while dancing at a party at a Los Angeles house, where they joined a fellow costumed guest on the dance floor.
Video shows another guest dropping to the floor and squatting in front of Monáe. Holding a phone, the singer moved their costume’s claws near the dancer’s thighs before the pair embraced.
Monáe had earlier documented the transformation into what they called “Mother Creature”, using prosthetics, sallow skin, pointed ears, long fingernails and dirty teeth to complete the look.
In a clip shared with followers, Monáe can be seen scurrying behind trees and plants while asking: “Who wants to party with Mother Creature?!”
A representative for Monáe has been contacted for comment, but no response has been received.
