Lisa Ann and comedian Matt Rife have reignited a feud over her removal in handcuffs from his 2023 show at Radio City Music Hall in New York.
Speaking on an episode of Veterans Minimum, Lisa claimed Rife has played footage of her detention by the NYPD before each of his performances over the past year. She said she still receives several text messages a week about the incident.
Lisa maintained that she had not been using her phone before she was removed from the venue. She also said she had been banned from properties owned by James Dolan because of facial-recognition technology, including the Sphere in Las Vegas.
She criticised Rife over the continued use of the footage, saying its inclusion showed he was “obsessed” with her and adding: “He should get a new act.”
Rife responded in a joking post: “Yes, babe, that’s it … I was too nervous to perform for you so I had you arrested.”
He also said Lisa had been ejected because she “broke the rules” and “got detained”.
Lisa was reportedly detained for 45 minutes before being released. A source linked to the venue said at the time that she had been removed for being disorderly, while footage was said to show her using her phone before police took her away.
The claims about what happened inside the venue have not been independently established in the material available. Representatives for Lisa and Rife have been approached for comment.
