Heated Rivalry is set to return for a third season, with a Christmas or holiday-themed film also in the works alongside its second season.
The second and third seasons are expected to be filmed back to back, with production scheduled to continue into November or December before work begins on the film.
However, the movie is reportedly set to focus on Scott and Kip, characters introduced in the first season, rather than Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams’ characters.
The storyline is linked to Rachel Reid, whose Game Changers series inspired Heated Rivalry. Reid also wrote the short story Merry Christmas, Scott and Kip!
Crave, the streamer behind Heated Rivalry, has been approached for comment but has not yet responded.
