Love Island Australia winners Tyra Johannes and Kale Roberts have welcomed their first child, making them the first couple from the series to become parents.
The couple announced the arrival of their son, Colton Quinn Roberts, in a joint Instagram post. He was born on 5 September, with the new parents sharing photographs of their newborn.
“We are so in love with you,” they wrote alongside the images.
The official Love Island Australia account congratulated the pair, commenting: “Congrats from everyone at the Love Island team! We love you Colton!”
Tyra, 26, and Kale, 25, first met during the fifth season of the Australian reality show in 2023. Their relationship continued after filming and they went on to win the series together.
Since leaving the programme, the couple have built a life together, getting matching tattoos and adopting a puppy before announcing that they were expecting a baby.
They revealed the pregnancy earlier this year with a video showing them holding hands as they ran through a field at sunset.
“In September we welcome the next chapter of our lives,” they wrote at the time. “What a ride we have had together so far and cannot wait for what’s to come. We love you so much already little one.”
Tyra previously praised Kale during the show, describing him as “everything I could ever ask for in a partner and more” and “the most kind and considerate man I’ve ever met”.
