Melissa Rycroft has been arrested and charged with a second DWI, months after pleading guilty to a previous offence, according to Tarrant County jail records.
The former Bachelor star was booked on Sunday on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while her licence was invalid with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility, and causing a collision resulting in damage to a vehicle under $200.
Rycroft pleaded guilty to her first DWI in 2025. At sentencing in August, she was given 20 months’ probation and ordered to pay about $2,000 in fines and court costs.
Her sentence also included 36 hours of community service, completion of a DWI education course and participation in a substance-abuse evaluation.
As part of the plea agreement, Rycroft was prohibited from drinking alcohol or using drugs while on probation.
