Matt Bellamy has gone public with his new girlfriend, AnneMarie Morin, while divorce proceedings with his estranged wife Elle Evans are ongoing.
The Muse frontman, 48, shared photographs of himself with Morin, 34, on Thursday, including a mirror selfie showing the pair kissing at her Chicago bakery, Cloud Cookie.
Bellamy also appeared to join in at the business, wearing a light blue apron. Captioning the carousel, he wrote: “New part time job, boss is a tough cookie.”
Neither Bellamy nor Morin has given further details about their relationship.
Matt Bellamy’s divorce from Elle Evans
Bellamy filed for divorce from Evans, 36, in August after seven years of marriage. He cited “irreconcilable differences” and requested sole custody of their two children, Lovella, six, and George, two.
The couple’s separation was confirmed earlier this year. Speaking to The I Paper in June, Bellamy said the circumstances had been unexpected and that he had focused on caring for the children and creating stability at home.
“It’s one of those situations that involves something that people wouldn’t normally think it is,” he said. “It was a set of really unexpected circumstances. It’s the kind of thing no one really prepares for in life. It threw me off, and I had to prioritize looking after the kids and creating stability at home.”
Before his relationship with Evans, Bellamy was involved with Kate Hudson from 2010 to 2014. They were previously engaged and share a son, Bingham, 15.
