Two young medical students are helping rural teenagers pursue university as country high schools face shortages of science teachers and bush hospitals continue to shrink.
The students are supporting pupils in rural communities, offering encouragement as they consider higher education and future careers in medicine.
Their work comes amid concerns over limited access to science teaching in country schools and the decline of medical services in rural areas.
