St Paul’s Cathedral has agreed a four-year partnership with London nightclub Fabric, making it the exclusive partner for contemporary music events at the landmark until 2030.
The programme will begin with an event on October 29, 2026, although the artist and further details have yet to be announced.
Organisers said the partnership would bring together performers from a broad range of musical backgrounds, with each event shaped by the cathedral’s architecture, acoustics and atmosphere.
The arrangement follows two previous collaborations. Australian artist RY X performed at St Paul’s in 2024, while Patti Smith appeared at the cathedral the following year.
Sandra Lynes Timbrell, director of visitor engagement at St Paul’s Cathedral, said the events would offer audiences the chance to experience the historic building “in new and exciting ways”.
Fabric co-founder Cameron Leslie described the deal as “an extraordinary and unexpected coming together of two very different parts of London”, adding that the club was looking forward to creating experiences “befitting of this incredible space”.
The cathedral said the partnership reflected its aim of welcoming diverse audiences and creating opportunities to engage with the building through music, culture and the arts.
