Survivors, emergency responders and families of victims are reflecting on the impact of the September 11 attacks as the 25th anniversary approaches. The terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001 killed nearly 3,000 people.
Those who lived through the events, responded to them or lost relatives have spoken about their memories of the day and the effect it has had on their lives.
Their reflections come a quarter of a century after the attacks, with Friday marking 25 years since September 11.
