50 Cent has secured a temporary injunction against Tia Kemp, ordering Rick Ross’s former partner to stay away from his 14-year-old son, Sire.
A Florida judge issued the order on Monday, requiring Kemp to remain at least 500 feet from the teenager and banning her from contacting him directly or indirectly, including through social media.
The order also prohibits Kemp from possessing firearms or ammunition. She must surrender any weapons in her possession to law enforcement when she is served with the injunction.
The rapper filed court papers on behalf of Sire, alleging that Kemp had repeatedly targeted his son online. The filing claims she called him “slow” and said he was on the autism spectrum.
50 Cent also alleged that Kemp posted a photograph of Sire alongside a sexually explicit image of a woman he identified in the filing as the boy’s mother, Daphne Joy.
He said his lawyers had previously sent Kemp a cease and desist letter, but alleged that she responded by posting part of it with the caption: “F u and ya lawyers.”
The rapper argued that Kemp’s alleged conduct had caused his son humiliation, embarrassment and mental anguish.
The temporary injunction expires on November 3. 50 Cent and Kemp are due to appear in court that day, when a judge will decide whether to impose a longer-lasting order.
