A free Halloween Market in Berkeley is bringing together local artists, makers, live music and food while raising money for Berkeley Humane.
Janet Stevenson of the Berkeley Art Club appeared on Mornings on 2 to promote the family-friendly event, which is taking place on Friday, October 23, at Donkey & Goat Winery.
The market will run from 5pm to 9pm at 1340 Fifth Street, with more than 20 artists and makers expected to attend. Visitors can browse jewellery, ceramics, prints, clothing, skincare and other locally produced goods.
Vendor fees are being donated to Berkeley Humane, which will also have a stall at the event offering information about fostering animals and its work supporting animal welfare.
Organisers have also promised live music, food, wine and tarot readings, with the event free to attend and open to all ages.
