Marriage rumours involving cast members of The Real Housewives of New York City are at the centre of a growing dispute between Daisy Toye, Erin Lichy and several of their co-stars.
Multiple sources close to the cast allege that Toye and Lichy have created tension by discussing the other women’s relationships and fuelling conflict for the cameras. The claims are expected to feature in the next episodes of the current season.
One source alleged that the pair first targeted Jessel and Pavit, before turning their attention to Erika Hammond and Ankur Jain. The same source described the rumours as “absurd and hateful”, but no independent evidence supporting those claims has been provided.
Carole Radziwill is said to attempt to work through the dispute, while Sai De Silva eventually confronts both Toye and Lichy. One source claimed Toye joined the programme as De Silva’s friend, but that De Silva later became frustrated with her behaviour.
RHONY cast set for reunion showdown
The cast are reportedly expected to address the disagreements when they reunite for the show’s reunion recording. The reunion is intended to give the women an opportunity to confront their differences.
The allegations have placed Toye and Lichy at odds with several members of the cast, as the latest season continues to build its storyline around tensions within the group.
