Florida Highway Patrol troopers are seeking the driver of a dark-coloured SUV who allegedly struck a marked Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission patrol vehicle in Citrus Springs before completing a DoorDash delivery and leaving the scene.
The collision happened at about 12.30pm on October 28 on Dragonis Drive, Citrus County. Investigators said the FWC Ford F-150 was parked in a driveway when it was hit by the SUV.
Rather than stopping to report the crash, the driver is alleged to have continued with the food delivery before leaving the area, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
