Ken Urker’s cause of death remains undetermined while investigators await toxicology results, according to former FBI investigator Jennifer Coffindaffer.
Coffindaffer said the report would be central to establishing whether Urker died after taking too much of a drug or whether the substance had been laced with something deadly. It could also help investigators assess whether his death was an overdose or involved foul play.
She said investigators would need to examine the wider circumstances, including the physical layout of the scene and communications in the days before his death.
Those details could help establish whether anything at the scene had been staged, Coffindaffer said.
She also said she would want to establish where Gypsy Rose was when Urker died. Urker was previously engaged to Gypsy Rose.
