Andrew Garfield attended the New York Film Festival premiere of Artificial alongside co-stars Yura Borisov and Ike Barinholtz, and director Luca Guadagnino.
The event took place at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City on Monday, October 5, as the Oscar-nominated actor promoted the new film.
Garfield plays OpenAI chief executive Sam Altman in the drama, which depicts the upheaval at the company in November 2023. Altman was removed from his role before returning to the company days later.

Artificial was previously dropped from Amazon MGM Studios’ slate in June. The studio said at the time that it would help the filmmakers find another distributor, before Neon acquired the film.
The film will open in select cinemas on December 25, 2026, with a wider release due to follow in January.
