Florida private jet crash investigation
The National Transportation Safety Board is leading the investigation, with support from the FAA. Officials have not said what caused the aircraft to come down.
Flight-tracking data cited by CNN indicated that the jet descended about 27,000ft in one minute before the signal was lost. The area was also experiencing scattered storms, although investigators have not suggested that weather was responsible for the crash.
