Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham are monitoring Palmeiras striker Vitor Roque as they assess options for the next transfer window.
The 21-year-old Brazilian has emerged as a potential Premier League target after rebuilding his form since returning to his homeland. Sportowy reports that the three English clubs are gathering information on Roque, although there is no indication that any of them has made a formal offer.

Roque joined Palmeiras from Barcelona in February 2025 after a difficult spell in Europe, which also included a loan at Real Betis. The Brazilian club confirmed at the time that he had signed a contract running until December 2029.
That long-term agreement leaves Palmeiras under no immediate pressure to sell. The club are understood to value the centre-forward at around €60 million, a figure that could prove a significant barrier for interested sides.
TransferFeed has also reported that several Premier League clubs are evaluating a possible move for Roque ahead of the January transfer window, while stressing that negotiations have not advanced. The report adds that the striker has scored four goals and supplied one assist in 14 Série A appearances during the current campaign.
Chelsea are believed to be considering greater depth in attack, having relied heavily on Joao Pedro, while Manchester United may want another option to support Benjamin Sesko. Tottenham’s interest comes despite their investment in Omar Marmoush, with the club yet to decide whether another striker is required.
Roque’s recent progress at Palmeiras has revived interest from European clubs. In December, he said his priority was to remain with the Brazilian side, although he acknowledged that enquiries from clubs in Europe and Saudi Arabia had been received.
Any potential move will therefore depend on both the player’s preference and whether a Premier League suitor is prepared to meet Palmeiras’ valuation. With Roque tied down for more than three years, the Brazilian club are in a strong negotiating position.
