Jack Doherty allegedly called influencer Corinna Kopf “an OnlyFans whore” before a Halloween party fight in 2023, according to testimony from a man suing the YouTuber and his former bodyguard.
Chase Gardella said in a deposition in December that Doherty had been pestering Kopf to appear in a video. Gardella claims the confrontation began after she refused.
According to Gardella, he approached Doherty over the alleged insult. He said Doherty then told him: “We’re gonna fight, us two versus you two, alright, go.”
Gardella claims Kane Kongg advanced towards him and punched him in the face, knocking him to the ground. Kongg is identified in the lawsuit as Doherty’s then-bodyguard.
Video of the 2023 incident showed a large man, alleged to be Kongg, hitting Gardella, who was wearing a costume, during the altercation.
Gardella is suing Doherty and Kongg over the incident. The trial is scheduled to begin on November 2.
