Katie Price attended the National Television Awards on Tuesday despite revealing that she had undergone facial filler and breast implant surgery just hours earlier.
The 48-year-old arrived on the red carpet with visible bruising around one eye, while using dramatic make-up to complete a striking look for the ceremony.
Price wore bold black eyeliner, a heavily defined brown lip and bright highlighting across her face. She paired a long-sleeved white shirt with nude and black lace shorts, black tights and heels.
Her hair was slicked back in a wet-look style and she accessorised with large diamond Valentino earrings, ensuring that the recent procedures did not keep her away from the television industry event.
Earlier in the day, Price had shared images and video showing the aftermath of her latest cosmetic work after travelling to Brussels.
She said one breast had remained slightly larger than the other following previous surgery, prompting her to have a new implant fitted. She then decided to increase the size of both implants.
“So, I went to Brussels because one of my boobs was still slightly bigger than the other,” Price said. “So, they put a new implant in and while they were there, I said, ‘Oh, go on, just put a bit more in both of them.’”
Price also said she had filler placed beneath the muscle in the hollows of her face. Describing the swelling, she added: “I’ve woken up this morning, I didn’t have anything put here, nothing, but I think the swelling has dropped so I look like a hamster and it’s sore.”
Despite the bruising and bandages, the television personality told followers that she was having her hair and make-up done ahead of the red carpet.
She was joined at the awards by her daughter Princess, 19, whose appearance provided a sharp contrast to her mother’s outfit. Princess wore a shimmering blue gown, with her blonde hair styled in loose curls.
Princess was also accompanied by her elder brother Junior, who opted for an all-black outfit.
Price’s appearance came after the release of Katie Price: Nothing To Hide, a four-part Sky documentary exploring her life and career in the public eye.
She has previously spoken openly about her extensive cosmetic surgery, which has included numerous breast augmentations and facial procedures. Her latest appearance at the National Television Awards followed another round of surgery only hours before she joined fellow television figures on the red carpet.
