Olivia Attwood and Pete Wicks shared a kiss on the National Television Awards red carpet on Tuesday night, marking their first official appearance together as a couple.
The pair were filmed locking lips as Wicks carried out red-carpet duties alongside his close friend Sam Thompson. Attwood first greeted Thompson with a hug before turning to Wicks, who appeared to be waiting for her nearby.
Thompson could be seen laughing and cheering as the couple kissed, leaving him to play the part of an enthusiastic third wheel during the romantic reunion.
The official National Television Awards social media account shared footage of the moment, captioned: “Red carpet chemistry! @olivia_attwood and @p_wicks01 share a kiss on the #NTA2026 red carpet.”
Attwood later admitted she found the exchange awkward, commenting: “Guys why was this so awkward.”
Fans were quick to celebrate the couple, with one describing them as “the most loviest people on the planet” and another calling them a “magic couple”. Hits Radio also joked that Thompson was “the happiest third wheel we’ve ever seen”.
The public display came shortly after Attwood shared affectionate photographs from a date with Wicks, including one image of her leaning across his knees and another showing him with his arms wrapped around her.
Writing on Instagram, she joked: “Went on a date with Pete Wicks from Towie can’t believe it he’s so hot in real life too xxxx.”
Attwood and Wicks have been friends since meeting in 2017, but their relationship became romantic this year after the breakdown of Attwood’s marriage to Bradley Dack.
Following months of speculation, Attwood confirmed the romance on Instagram last month with a series of photographs showing the pair together. She joked that fans had “bullied me into hard launching” the relationship.
She has since acknowledged that the couple are still working out how much of their relationship to share publicly.
“We’re in the infancy of navigating it. So I guess we’re kind of working as it goes,” Attwood said.
She added that while she understood the interest in the couple, they also wanted to “keep enough back like that’s just for us”.
