Bruno Fernandes scored a hat-trick as United recovered from falling behind to Leif Davis’ first-half opener. Jacob Greaves’ own goal, followed by further strikes from Fernandes and Bryan Mbeumo, completed a convincing victory for Michael Carrick’s side.
The result gave Manchester United their first league win of the season after they were beaten 2-0 by newly promoted Hull City on the opening weekend.
The programme will also show Chelsea’s dramatic 4-3 victory against Brighton & Hove Albion, with Cole Palmer among the scorers in a seven-goal contest at Stamford Bridge.
Leeds United drew 1-1 with Brentford after Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s late equaliser cancelled out Kevin Schade’s opener, while Sunderland claimed a 1-0 home win over Fulham through Wilson Isidor’s second-half goal.
Presented by Gabby Logan, the Premier League highlights will include analysis of the day’s main talking points and all the goals from Sunday’s fixtures.
