Arsenal and Manchester City are preparing to renew their interest in Chelsea winger Pedro Neto ahead of the January transfer window, with the Portuguese international understood to be valued at between €70 million and €80 million.
Neto has emerged as a prominent name on the recruitment shortlists of several leading clubs after making an early impression during the 2026/27 campaign. Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal are also monitoring his situation, while Liverpool made contact over a possible deal during the summer.

Manchester City, meanwhile, are understood to be seeking greater width and more direct threat in one-on-one situations. Neto’s acceleration, movement in transition and willingness to contribute tactically have reportedly attracted attention at the Etihad Stadium.
Chelsea continue to regard the 25-year-old as an important part of their squad and current project under Enzo Maresca. However, the club are prepared to consider suitable offers should their valuation be met.
Neto made 52 appearances for Chelsea in all competitions last season, scoring 10 goals and providing 10 assists. He has also remained a regular presence in the early stages of the new campaign, including a starting role in the club’s recent Premier League fixtures.
