Belkin has unveiled four SureFind trackers designed to work with Google’s Android Find Hub network, including a wallet-compatible card and a tracking accessory that doubles as a magnetic phone stand.
The range was announced at IFA and spans four different designs, with US prices starting at $15. The products are aimed at helping users locate everyday items such as keys, bags, wallets and other belongings through the Find Hub app.
The entry-level SureFind Spot is a compact tracker with a built-in keyring, making it suitable for attaching to keys or bags. Its rounded design is similar to the familiar tracker format used by Apple’s AirTag and it will cost $15.
For users who want a more versatile accessory, the $24.99 SureFind Loop Cable Tag combines a tracker with a fabric loop and a spare USB-C cable. Unlike a conventional coin-cell-powered tag, it can be recharged via USB-C.
Belkin SureFind trackers include wallet card
The SureFind Card is designed to slide into a wallet without taking up more room than a standard bank card. Its slim shape could also allow it to be placed discreetly in other items, while an IP68 rating provides protection against dust and water.
It is priced at $26.99, putting it in a similar price bracket to the Loop Cable Tag. Like the other products in the range, the card appears in Google’s Find Hub system as a trackable device.
The most distinctive model is the $39.99 SureFind Wallet Stand. Rather than being a removable card, it is built into a slim wallet accessory that can hold a couple of cards and fold into a magnetic stand for a phone.
Belkin says the integrated design means the tracker cannot be easily separated from the wallet if the accessory is taken. The Wallet Stand will be available from the beginning of October, while the SureFind Spot, Loop Cable Tag and SureFind Card are due to go on sale in September.
The three earlier models will be sold through Amazon and Belkin’s online store. Belkin has not provided UK pricing or confirmed a UK release date.
