The 80-year-old president was photographed arriving at the New Jersey airport before travelling to his Bedminster golf course, where he was due to spend the holiday weekend.
Trump’s familiar swept-forward style appeared fuller and more structured than in recent public appearances, drawing attention as he walked away from the aircraft.
The visit formed part of the president’s scheduled trip from Washington to New Jersey on Friday, September 4, with the White House listing Bedminster as his destination.
Trump has regularly spent holiday weekends at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, where he combines private time with official work while away from the White House.
