Applications to host a TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 Side Event close in less than 24 hours, with submissions due by midnight Pacific Time tonight. Approved events will form part of the wider programme surrounding the conference in San Francisco.
TechCrunch Disrupt is scheduled to bring founders, investors, partners and technology leaders together in the Bay Area from October 13 to 15. Side Events may take place across the broader Disrupt week, running from October 10 to 16.
Organisers are accepting proposals for meet-ups, panels, workshops, networking gatherings and informal events such as industry happy hours. Hosts will be responsible for planning their events, as well as meeting all associated logistical and financial costs.

Approved organisers will be able to connect their audiences with members of the Disrupt community, including founders, investors, partners and innovators from across the technology sector.
TechCrunch will also offer promotional support through its official Side Events page, conference agenda, mobile app, attendee emails, social media channels and a dedicated article. Hosts will additionally receive a 25% ticket discount to share with their networks.
The conference is expected to attract more than 10,000 technology leaders. Side Events are intended to extend participation beyond the main conference floor and provide organisations with an opportunity to raise their profile during the week.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Each proposal will be reviewed by the TechCrunch events team, and an event must be approved before it can be listed as an official TechCrunch Disrupt Side Event.
Those not seeking to host an event can still attend Disrupt 2026, with ticket discounts of up to 200 US dollars available before prices rise on September 25.
