Howard Stern’s archive channel Howard 101 has been removed from the SiriusXM line-up as part of a reshuffle taking effect on Tuesday, September 1.
The channel, which carried classic editions of The Howard Stern Show, the Howard Stern Wrap-Up Show, celebrity specials and other archive material, has been replaced by Radio Andy, the 24-hour pop culture station hosted by Andy Cohen. Howard 100 remains in place.
SiriusXM confirmed the change in an announcement detailing its updated channel numbers. Radio Andy has moved from channel 102 to channel 101, while Howard 100 continues on channel 100.
The move comes as Stern prepares to return for a new season of his flagship programme. SiriusXM said new live shows will air on Mondays from September 14, with an adapted video version arriving on HBO Max on Thursdays from September 17.
The company also said Howard 100 would introduce a revised schedule, including an expanded edition of the Wrap-Up Show hosted by Gary Dell’Abate and Jon Hein, as well as new ways to access Stern’s multi-decade library through the SiriusXM app.
SiriusXM president and chief content officer Scott Greenstein said the broadcaster was “proud that Howard chose to continue with SiriusXM through 2028” for his exclusive live show and archive collection.
