Katie Price has reportedly decided to end her eight-month marriage to Lee Andrews after discovering that an account he claimed held millions contained just £2.22, according to reports.
The former glamour model is said to have consulted a divorce lawyer and sent Andrews a message accusing him of misleading her about his wealth.
“I have been played and you are not who you say you are. Why have you lied to me?” Price reportedly wrote in a WhatsApp message to her husband.
According to The Sun, Andrews had told Price that he held $50 million — around £37 million — in a cryptocurrency wallet and had promised that she would receive some of the money.
A source claimed that Andrews gave Price the recovery phrase needed to access the wallet. She is then said to have instructed a financial expert to examine it, only to find that it contained approximately $3.
“Lee never had $50 million; he doesn’t have a bean,” the source told the newspaper. The insider further claimed that the largest balance ever held in the wallet was $14,490, or about £10,720, which was transferred out on the same day in March.
Price’s representative declined to comment when approached by the Daily Mail.

The reported breakdown follows months of turmoil surrounding Andrews, 43, who is said to remain in Dubai’s Al Awir prison while attempting to raise money to secure his release.
Price, 48, previously travelled to Dubai after Andrews disappeared before a planned joint appearance on Good Morning Britain. She later learned that he was subject to a travel ban and had been detained in connection with what Dubai authorities described as a private civil matter, according to reports.
The Sun has reported that a substantial payment — said to be about £140,000 — was required for Andrews to leave custody. Price previously indicated that she would not pay the sum, saying he would have to resolve the matter himself.
The couple married in Dubai in January 2026, just days after meeting in person. Price had continued to express support for Andrews during his detention, at one point posting that she loved him and wearing her wedding ring.
However, she was later photographed without the ring while on holiday in Marbella with friends including reality star Chloe Ferry. In a video shared on social media, Price danced in a silver dress and captioned the post: “Sometimes you’ve got to let your hair down!”
She had also shared cryptic messages about surviving difficult experiences and learning who deserved a place in her life, although she did not identify who the posts referred to.
