Alleged texts between Rachel Bradley and her former husband, ex-Major League Baseball player Milton Bradley, have emerged as part of her court battle involving Lamar Odom.
The messages, which are being used by Rachel as evidence, contain insults and accusations concerning the former NBA star. The exchanges reportedly relate in part to arrangements for the couple’s son, Matteo.
In one undated exchange, Rachel said she was having trouble with Matteo’s passport. Milton allegedly replied: “Blocked. Have a good day sucking crackhead d***. I’m not signing anything from you.”
He also allegedly told Rachel that he hoped she died, adding: “I only help women I’m fu***ing. Let third-place benchwarmer figure it out. You left me.”
In other alleged messages, Milton called Rachel a “whore” and wrote: “You’re a married woman that ruined your family to suck crackhead d*** for a lifestyle. Nobody gives AF about you, Rachel.”
He allegedly said he was forfeiting responsibility for Matteo and was “not gonna be 12 more years a slave”, before instructing Rachel to have Odom care for their son in future.
Milton filed for legal separation from Rachel earlier this year and asked that Odom not be around their child, citing the former basketball player’s past drug and alcohol issues.
Odom played 14 seasons in the NBA and earned about $115 million from his contracts. Milton Bradley played 12 seasons in Major League Baseball and earned about $48 million from his contracts.
