Former Strictly Come Dancing professional Ola Jordan has shared a new bikini photograph from her holiday with daughter Ella, weeks after announcing her separation from husband James Jordan.
The 43-year-old has been documenting the mother-and-daughter break on Instagram, posting images from their time away together, including a new snap on Wednesday, 2 September.
Ola travelled with six-year-old Ella after describing the summer as one in which “life has changed in ways I never expected” and saying that some days had been “incredibly tough”.
In a message shared last week, she said spending the school holidays with her daughter, making memories and enjoying time together had been her “greatest comfort”. She also described Ella as her “little ray of sunshine through some of my darkest days”.
Ola and James, both former professional dancers on the BBC show, confirmed in August that they were taking time apart after 26 years together. The couple, who married in 2003, said their priority remained Ella and that they were committed to co-parenting her.
James, 48, has also spoken publicly about the split, saying he had been struggling with his mental health and needed time to focus on getting himself into a healthier place.
