Khloe Simmonds has been jailed for seven and a half years after making false rape allegations against six men over a period spanning almost eight years.
The transgender woman was sentenced at Harrow Crown Court on Monday after admitting eight counts of perverting the course of justice.
The allegations were made between July 2018 and January 2026 and resulted in police investigations into men who had been falsely accused of serious sexual offences.
The court heard that Simmonds spent hundreds of hours giving fabricated accounts to officers, diverting police resources from genuine investigations. One of the men was subjected to an 88-day police inquiry before the allegation was exposed as false.
At the height of the offending, her claims accounted for around 2.5 per cent of all rape and serious sexual assault allegations recorded in Harrow, the court was told.
Judge John Lodge said the offences represented a sustained pattern of conduct rather than a series of isolated incidents. Simmonds was arrested after investigators established that elements of her accounts could not be true.
